Dr. Arthurs received her medical degree from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. She went on to complete an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Hawaii, Honolulu. Following completion of that program, Dr. Arthurs completed a fellowship in infectious disease at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. She also completed a Master of Biomedical Sciences-Clinical Research while at Mayo Graduate School College of Medicine.
Dr. Arthurs is board certified in internal medicine and infectious disease, and has given numerous presentations on infectious disease. She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and the North Dakota Medical Association.
