Dawn joined the Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women in December 2003.
A native of North Dakota, Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck, and completed her master's degree in nursing, in the specialty of family practice, from the University of Portland, Ore.
Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, Dawn worked at St. Alexius Medical Center as a registered nurse in medical/oncology, in nursing informatics implementing the clinical charting system, and as an orthopedic nurse practitioner managing the Total Joint and Spine programs. In addition, she assisted with the development of the St. Alexius Stroke Center and practiced in the rural clinics of Washburn and Steele. Dawn was also an instructor for the University of Mary Nurse Practitioner Program.
Dawn is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the North Dakota Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed in North Dakota.
