St. Alexius Medical Center’s Board of Directors announced today Tod S. Graeber has been named administrator for St. Alexius Medical Center’s Garrison Memorial Hospital and Community Memorial Hospital in Turtle Lake.
Graeber has served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Garrison Memorial Hospital since 1999 and has extensive health care management experience and an understanding of rural health and long term care. "Having grown up in Garrison, I am excited to be able to lead the Garrison and Turtle Lake hospitals and to ensure that quality healthcare is available locally," says Graeber.
In his new position as administrator, he will work under the supervision of St. Alexius Medical Center’s president and CEO, Gary P. Miller. “Tod has devoted nearly 15 years to insuring that quality care is available in the Garrison community and understands the challenging balance between mission and finance,” says Miller.
Graeber also will supervise and coordinate all activities of Garrison Memorial Hospital, Garrison Family Clinic, the long term care facility, Community Memorial Hospital of Turtle Lake and all satellite clinics. He will serve as a member of the board of Garrison Memorial Hospital Association and Turtle Lake Hospital Association.
Graeber is a graduate of Garrison High School and earned his masters of science degree from Minot State University. He is also a licensed North Dakota nursing home administrator.
