What is CHI St. Alexius Health's Night for the Stars?
It is a black-tie-optional event to highlight the “Stars” of CHI St. Alexius Health – our amazing patients. Each day CHI St. Alexius Health medical associates help those who need healing in their lives. With strength, courage and faith our wonderful patients work to overcome their health challenges. Click here to meet our 2015 Star - Matt Fischer.
The evening features a complimentary professional photo by Glasser Images, complimentary cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, complimentary cocktails and three-course meal, special entertainment, silent and live auctions, a raffle drawing, dance and more!
Where do proceeds go?
Healthcare is a constantly evolving entity. Therefore, at future CHI St. Alexius Health’s Night for the Stars, we will showcase other “Stars” to raise awareness for the different health improvement opportunities in our region and community.
Proceeds from 2014’s event will help infants and their families by funding CHI St. Alexius Health’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) future upgrade project. In addition, it supported veterans by helping us fully fund CHI St. Alexius Health Home Health and Hospice’s We Honor Veterans Campaign.
In 2013, proceeds went to the NICU and to renovate CHI St. Alexius Health’s Children’s Center into Alex Town. Named after the official mascot, “Alex The Cat,” the purpose of Alex Town is to enhance a child’s hospital experience.
