Dr. Wisdom joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2009, as a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology.
A native of Washburn, N.D., Dr. Wisdom received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from North Dakota State University. Following completion of her undergraduate degree, she served as a clinical research assistant with the Neuropsychiatric Research Institute in Fargo conducting research on eating disorders. Dr. Wisdom then attended the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks where she received her Doctor of Medicine in 2005. Prior to joining the clinic, she completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City where she was Administrative Chief Resident in her final year, and was the sole recipient of the 'Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures' award sponsored by the AAGL.
Dr. Wisdom is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Wisdom is Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology for the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences, and has a professional interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and infertility.
