Health screenings are not intended to replace a consultation with your physician. The goals of a health screening are to alert people of a health risk that might otherwise go undetected and recommend follow up with a physician as needed. The CHI St. Alexius Health Community Health and Wellness Program provides education on the risk factors that increase one's chances of developing a health condition as well as lifestyle choices that can help reduce those risks.
