Eldercare Program

Advance health care directives (also known as living wills) are legal documents that give directions for your future medical care and end-of-life wishes.  Come and learn about the different types of advance directives, how to develop them and who needs copies of your documents.  This session is for all ages.   

Presenter:   Bev Walth, Director of Social Services, St. Alexius

Time:  9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Location:  Boniface Auditorium at St. Alexius (please use the East Patient Entrance)

Cost:  Workshop is FREE and open to the public.
