This program provides guidelines to help caregivers with the assessment and stabilization of sick infants in the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization period.
S.T.A.B.L.E. is a 1-day neonatal outreach education program for new providers that focuses on the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick newborns. Any healthcare providers, including EMTs, Paramedics, RNs, LPNs, Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Respiratory Therapists, and Physicians involved in the care of newborns would benefit from this education.
St. Alexius Medical Center (OH-438-6/1/2016) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Time of Class: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Check-in begins at 7:45 a.m.
**Special arrangements can be made for on-site or telemedicine S.T.A.B.L.E. Program training. A minimum of six participants is required.
