Cost is $5 per person, which includes your chance to win a 3-month membership to the Human Performance Center.
Pre-registration is required by filling out the online registration. If registering for a guest, please include their name and registration dollars.

Giveaways, cooking demonstration, door prizes, booths, refreshments and jean exchange.

“How Far Have We Come?” – Parade of Pants

No matter where you are in your weight loss journey, bring a pair of your largest pants or skirt. It doesn’t matter if you’re just months or years post-op, we want to help you celebrate the progress you’ve made. This event is optional.

“Style Show” – Local clothing retail specialists will give tips on how women and men can dress those problem areas.

“Lumps and Bumps” – Steven Yearsley, MD, Mid Dakota Clinic Plastic Surgeon

“Jean Exchange” – Bring your outgrown pants and exchange them for a size that fits you! This is optional.

“Finding Favor with Flavor” – Duane Ehrens, St. Alexius Head Chef
