St. Alexius Medical Center awarded Nicholas Neumann, MD, the Benedictine Spirit Award during the 2013 Doctor’s Day celebration. He was awarded the Benedictine Spirit Award in recognition of his efforts to provide distinguished service to his patients and upholding the mission and values outlined by the Sisters of St. Benedict of Annunciation Monastery.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Neumann has contributed to the growth and well-being of St. Alexius Medical Center. In 1980, Dr. Neumann began his career in pulmonology and critical care medicine at the Heart & Lung Clinic. He remained with the clinic until 2008.
