Patient Pages Welcome to the St. Alexius patient web pages where creating or viewing a patient web page is easy and free! Below you will find links to: 1. View a current patient page 2. Create a new page or update pages on a current site. If you are the administrator (author) of a page, you can log-in here to update your site and make changes. To view a patient's page, you will need the login information from the emailed invitation you received from the patient. To create a new page, a short form will need to be filled out. You will find this link under the section titled Create a Patient Page.
