Dawn Loraas, FNP-C
Dawn joined the Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women in December 2003.
A native of North Dakota, Dawn obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck. She completed her master's degree in nursing, in the specialty of Family Practice, from the University of Portland, Oregon.
Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, Dawn worked as a registered nurse in Medical/Oncology at St. Alexius Medical Center and later Nursing Informatics implementing the clinical charting system. Also, at St. Alexius, she practiced as an orthopedic nurse practitioner who managed the Total Joint and Spine Programs. Dawn helped establish the St. Alexius Stroke Center and worked in the rural clinics of Washburn and Steele. She was also an instructor in the University of Mary Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
Dawn is a member of the American Academy Nurse Practitioners and the North Dakota Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is licenced to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Dakota.
