Chatree Wongjirad, MD
Dr. Wongjirad joined the Neurology Clinic at St. Alexius in September, 1985. He is board-certified in neurology and sleep medicine; the field of medicine that provides medical treatment for disorders and diseases of the nervous system such as stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, headaches, sleep disorders, dementia and movement disorders.
He received his medical degree from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 1969, and completed a surgical internship at Polyclinic and Health Center, New York in 1972. Dr. Wongjirad completed a neuro-surgery residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio, from 1972-75; a neurology residency at State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, from 1980-84; and an EMG and neuro-muscular disease fellowship at State University of New York at Buffalo from 1984-85.
